It would be preferable if you could provide us with photos of your face and body areas which need treatment. You can either courier the photos to us or send them as digital images electronically. Please include a description of your cosmetic goals. Once an electronic “intake” or informational form is completed, our staff will contact you.

After Dr. Chia has finished analyzing your photographs, our patient care coordinator will schedule a telephone consultation. Our concierge service provided in the office will ensure that every detail of your travel from the flight, accommodations and local nursing services are in order. We usually advise our international patients to rest and avoid travel for at least 10 days after the procedure.

If you are in possession of a PC or Mac, you can take advantage of a personal virtual consultation in your own home. A virtual consultation does away with the time required for travel and reorganizing your schedule. It would also help us decide whether or not plastic surgery is an option for you. Just complete the VC form and utilize Skype or ichat to talk to one of our non-physician consultants.
